Psychometry is the ability to get information psychically from something by means of physical touch. For example, a watch worn frequently by its owner will contain a great deal of information about that person, without the owner of the watch necessarily having any idea that this is the case. A skilled psychometrist can then touch the watch, tune into the subtle vibrations within it, and receive psychic impressions about that person. This is a useful psychic skill which can be learned by anyone.
