“I thus initiate you as Grand Knight Templar of the Inner Sanctum of the Holy Order of the Spiritual Hierarchy of Earth.”
Thus spoke the Lord Buddha to Master of Yoga Dr George King on December 5th 1978 in the mystical “city” of Shamballa, while Dr King was in a projected state, outside of his physical body.
It was a historic moment, recognizing his unprecedented service to humanity. Shortly thereafter, as a reflection of this great event, Dr King received a number of richly-deserved titles and honours on this physical plane.
He did not seek or need this recognition personally – but it served a significant role in his Mission to Earth.
In this episode of Aetherius Radio Live, Richard and Chrissie, both disciples of Dr King, talk about the deeper aspects of his knighthood and consecration, covering key points including:

Hi Dustin, thanks for commenting. It’s good to hear that you had such a powerful reaction to the account of the ceremony held for Dr King. It was indeed extremely holy. The account and your reaction are also a good benchmark for truth, in that you know you are listening to truth when you feel like that. Keep pursuing the thread of The Aetherius Society. I was particularly interested in the medallion presented to Dr King during His Initiation by the Lord Buddha, which was reproduced on the physical planes, so that Dr King could be photographed with this for posterity.
I have always been fascinated by that medallion and the story behind it as well.
The significance behind this medallion appears to be ‘unspoken’ by Dr King, although I’m pretty sure He would know. I would imagine this outward status symbol reflected some particular uniqueness about Dr King Himself, which He always tried to play down. We know that this initiation was performed by a Kumara, Who ‘traveled this path to Solar Existence’, to paraphrase Mars Sector 6. And ‘is now travelling it upon His respective Planets’, no doubt in various aspects which include this Earth. These Kumaras are said, in the Hindu works, to have been born from the God – Brahma. Interestingly enough it was another possible Kumara, the Master Jesus, Who stated that the God of the Hindu works was – the Sun. I would imagine that IF a Being came from, or Through the Sun, and then manifested upon Earth in fourth aspect it would be far more difficult to declare this without breaking a certain Law……never-mind postulating a possible Interplanetary Origin! But clues left throughout the works of the Aetherius Society teaching might help us fill-in certain blanks, even then I would be careful not to class these clues as definitive until we have direct corroboration from the Cosmic Masters.

Personally I don’t think either the Lord Buddha, or the Master Jesus are Kumaras in the sense of the Sanat Kumara, who has now returned to Venus. I think the Lord Buddha has that title because of other reasons. Anyway, please keep your comments coming!

I haven’t got the book with me at the moment but if you read the Ninth Freedom from the book The Nine Freedoms He says towards the end of Solar Existence (which is significant in itself in my eyes) that ‘The Jesuses, the Aetheriuses, the Buddhas, the Kumaras, have, at one time, travelled this path’. Of course, He doesn’t say how far they travelled, and most would assume that He would be simply referring to the Planet Venus.
We should ask ourselves why Mars Sector 6 chose the end of the Ninth Freedom to make this statement? This statement could have been made at the end of Interplanetary Level but, in fact, it bypassed even Saturnian! To me the difference is rather on par with an ordinary terrestrial referring to a Cosmic Master as brother this or sister that. We haven’t earned that right yet to make such a simile. Likewise, we have here a simile between these Cosmic Masters, from Venus, and ‘Solar Existence’, which is, of course, inferred. To quote Mars Sector 6 from memory ‘….Have, at one time (past tense), travelled this path (to Solar existence)’
Of course, this is my interpretation and I haven’t come across anyone else who has agreed with this view either :-). There are other reasons too, even outside the Aetherius Society teachings, which push me in this direction.
But coming back to this statement by Mars Sector 6. When he lists the ‘Aetheriuses, the Jesuses, the Buddhas – the Kumaras….’ I read into that that these Cosmic Masters are Kumaras. He could have said,’the Sanat Kumaras…!’ That would have changed the meaning somewhat.
I always have plenty of thoughts. Perhaps too many!
