Very impressive! One of the effective ways to avoid spiritual energy crisis is to practice meditation since this method will keep your mind in peace. Learn how to help and share happiness with others. You will find how beautiful the life is!
Hi Cyril, thanks for commenting. I am not certain what you mean by meditation, but the essence of Dr. King’s teaching about the Spiritual Energy Crisis is that there is a shortage of spiritual energy that humanity can use – and therefore it is essential we act as channels for spiritual energy throughout the world using selfless prayer, healing etc in order to make this spiritual energy available and help raise humanity towards Enlightenment. Meditation is good – but it is not enough just to achieve peace for ourselves. Consider these words of Mars Sector 6:
“…for throughout the years we have made repeated appeals to you to absorb and transmit again this great Energy.
“In many ways this present Magnetisation Period [aka Spiritual Push] will be for all of you the most important time in your culminated lives on the Planet Terra. That is no idle statement. Does the next master have to be male? There are ascended masters who are female. So how do we know the sex?

Yes, there are definitely female Ascended Masters, as well as Cosmic Masters.
The identity of the Next Master is not known, but in The Lord’s Declaration, which describes the coming of the Next Master, it refers to this Master as a “He”, so that is where it comes from. More info here: https://www.aetherius.org/the-extraterrestrial-message/the-next-master/
