It is an awesome privilege to have been in the presence of a genuine Spiritual Master. But what if you never had that opportunity – can you know a Master you’ve never met?
Master of Yoga Dr. George King said:
There is a karmic link between a teacher and a pupil, and if a pupil really advances, then they can and do take into themselves more and more the higher attributes of the teachings … and some of the deeper aspects of the teacher, too. This, too, is a fact. If you study diligently under a teacher, who is any good at all—and you really study diligently, whether you come into physical contact with that individual or not, you begin to absorb some of his higher knowledge which he may not have imparted to you by word of mouth.
Not just their teachings – but their attributes too!
In this truly inspiring podcast, host Chrissie Blaze invites onto the show Mark Bennett, the youngest International Director of The Aetherius Society, and the only one to date never to have met Dr. King in person.
Discover more about what you can do to build a relationship with your chosen Spiritual Master, so that you can invite their presence into your life and benefit from their tremendous spiritual vibration – even if you never met them.

Thank You, Chrissie and Mark.
This podcast has giving me encouragement and direction on a project that I am currently working on. You answered questions that I have been pondering.
The phase ‘Boots On The Ground’ resonated very strongly.
With much love and gratitude to you both.
Thank you, Debra.
I’m so glad that the show answered some questions you had been pondering and gave you some encouragement. It is great when this type of thing happens to us. We are definitely guided when we’re moving in the right direction: sometimes it’s by a sentence that someone says, or words in a book – and sometimes a show like this!
I too love the phrase “Boots on the Ground”. I like to think that is what we are on this physical plane of The Aetherius Society. We are working in a different way to other valuable front line workers, but we too are valuable as the terrestrial “boots” that are essential for the karmic magic of The Society to work in the way it does.
Blessings to you and good luck with your project!
Thank you Chrissie, and thank you Mark for this excellent conversation. I would say it is a very important conversation, and I hope this comment can add to it. I was fortunate, very fortunate. I did know our Master and would like to think I knew him rather well, having lived with him under the same roof for three and a half years, and helped him with his passing. To which extent I would like to say this: I believe anyone can know our Master and it’s actually quite simple. You just need to love him. This applies to all of us, past, present and future, and to help you in this regard I would like to suggest you pour yourself a drink, go to YouTube or any other such outlet, and put on The Ventures playing “It’s Impossible”. If this resonates with you, and resonates deeply such that you understand what these two words meant to our Master, with tears falling on your cheeks, then I would elect to say that you know our Master and he knows you. Now raise that glass in his honor and in his name. Amen.
Thank you, Paul. Your thoughtful comments are especially meaningful, coming from you as they do. I agree absolutely that Love really is the key to knowing our Master. Sometimes we over-think things but everything our Master did was borne out of Love and so therefore it makes sense that to know Him, this also should be our approach. To Love Him and to emulate Him by putting our Love into practice. I think your idea of playing “It’s Impossible” in the way you suggest, is a great idea. This wonderful song could have been written for our Master and resonates with so many people. I find it is hard to listen to this song, and think about our Master, without shedding a few tears. I know I am not the only one. Cheers to you, Paul – and to our Master!
